Can't open .jpg image files in Windows Explorer or My Computer
adjusted Windows Explorer to open all jpg's stricly with Paintshop Pro. But it's still not working, and the Windows "help" files don't cover this kind of problem. If he can *first* get his .jpg's to open w/ IE and second apply the thumbnail fix and third set his folder properties to enable thumbnails and selects thumbnails in view menu by ALL reasoning it should work.
